Dorée is a Belgian abbey beer brewery, Chimay, patersbier- version. Patersbier means beer which is generally placed at the monastery of the monks of the monastery and the use of visitors. Dorée is a recipe similar to Chimay Red, but lighter in color, alcoholic strength of 4.8% and the spiciness a little different.
