Re: What does this mean for us ??? I'm not a lawyer, but I think it just means that the court could not decide whether it was or was not confusing. So now I will decide about the confusion again. Judgment delivered after more than a quarter of a year, purposefully expedite judicial proceedings ... If Střížkov had at the beginning of the year not entered into the decision in the hands of MS, it would be difficult for his position defended by the FARC and some things would perhaps already done.
